Garage sweeping and basic patio cleaning can be added to your move out service. Let us know what your lease requires and we'll include it in your quote.
Most apartments take 3-5 hours and houses take 5-8 hours, depending on size and condition. If the space needs extra attention, we'll let you know upfront.
Interior window cleaning is included — we clean the glass, sills, and tracks. Exterior window washing is available as an add-on if your lease requires it.
Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
