We can work around some items, but the cleaner the space, the more thorough we can be. If the previous tenant left furniture or boxes, let us know — we can still help.

Some move in situations are worse than others. If the previous tenant left significant mess, we may need to adjust scope and price. Send us photos if you're concerned and we'll give you an accurate quote.

Absolutely. Many clients start with a move in clean and then transition to weekly or biweekly service. It's the easiest way to keep your new home feeling fresh from day one.

Life happens and that's okay! In the event that something comes up, we just ask that you respond to our reminders and let us know at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged 25% of the total booking price. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged 50% of the total booking price. Cancellations made same day will be charged 100% of the total booking price. To avoid cancellation fees, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Thank you!
